Job summary

PrimeSource Building Products, Inc. seeks a Maintenance Manager to source equipment, goods, and services, plan maintenance across facilities, and lead a maintenance team. The role focuses on reducing unplanned downtime and production loss while coordinating with multiple departments.

Responsibilities include SOP creation, supplier management, and PM optimization, with a 40–45 hour workweek and occasional overtime. This is an on-site, full-time position in New Holland facilities, PA.

Qualifications

• Experience in preventative maintenance scheduling and planning.
• Proven ability to manage vendors and procurement processes.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Analytical mindset with CMMS data interpretation.
• Experience overseeing inventory and spares for maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Create SOPs and train associates.
• Promote a healthy and effective team environment.
• Determine quantity and timing of deliveries.
• Seek and manage relationships with key suppliers to maintain quality of goods and timely delivery.
• Monitor stock inventory levels.
• Drive, track, and report KPIs to reduce costs and improve reliability.
• Support the purchasing and maintenance team.
• Monitor spare parts inventory to support asset reliability.
• Create, optimize, and audit PMs.
• Determine labor hours, tools, and resources for work orders.
• Analyze CMMS data for asset decision-making.
• Analyze contracts for services.
• May transfer to other departments or local facilities as needed.
