Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking an Area Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance for multi-site facilities, ensuring safety-first operations and reliable service for one of the world’s largest online retailers.

You will lead daily maintenance, plan staffing and training, coordinate with client and operations teams, implement preventive maintenance programs, and drive continuous improvement. The role requires a Bachelor's in a technical field and 4+ years of leadership and maintenance experience;

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field is required.
• 4+ years of leadership and coaching in manufacturing or similar settings.
• 2+ years' experience with preventive/predictive maintenance in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily maintenance and material handling operations across multi-site facilities.
• Plan, schedule, and advise work of employees; evaluate quality of work.
• Oversee maintenance of high-speed conveyors and manufacturing equipment.
• Support hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
• Coordinate root-cause analysis and corrective actions for continuous improvement.
• Provide performance management and team development.
• Plan staffing levels and labor utilization, including overtime.
• Model CBRE values and foster client relationships.
