Job summary

Asphalt Materials, Inc. is seeking a Corporate Maintenance & Reliability Manager to establish and scale a maintenance management system across 23 facilities.

You will lead CMMS deployment, build asset hierarchies, and standardize data entry to drive informed maintenance work. The role requires developing a phased, multi-year roadmap, managing spare parts strategy, and leading preventive/predictive programs while partnering with Operations to achieve plant performance targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent maintenance leadership experience.
• 5+ years in a maintenance leadership role in bulk liquid/industrial operations.
• Experience implementing CMMS and multi-site rollout.
• Ability to lead a remote maintenance workforce and drive standardization across facilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct baseline maintenance and reliability assessment across all 23 facilities to establish current-state condition and backlog.
• Lead full deployment and adoption of CMMS across all facilities including asset hierarchies and data entry standards.
• Identify and prioritize high-risk equipment and facilities to guide improvement efforts.
• Develop a phased, multi-year roadmap for the maintenance program and secure leadership buy-in.
• Lead preventive and predictive maintenance programs for key equipment and systems.
• Establish spare parts inventory strategy and upkeep across the network.
• Manage maintenance backlog and scheduling companywide.
• Develop SOPs and best practices for maintenance activities including start-up/shutdown procedures.
• Support site outage and turnaround planning.
• Lead root cause analysis and failure investigations for critical equipment.
• Create and maintain equipment files and documentation storage at each site.
• Define baseline KPI's and establish regular reporting to leadership.
• Foster knowledge sharing and cross-site adoption of best practices.
• Partner with Operations to meet plant performance and reliability goals.
• Develop budgeting and forecasting processes for maintenance and capital needs.
