Morgan Properties is hiring a Multi-Site Service Manager to oversee maintenance at Meldon Place (127 units) and Timbercreek (77 units) in Toledo, OH. This role blends leadership with hands-on technical work across two communities.

You will lead daily operations, coordinate turns, troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances, and partner with property management to deliver timely service while maintaining safety and standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading day-to-day maintenance operations across multiple communities.
• Strong ability to coordinate unit turns/make-readies and work orders.
• Hands-on troubleshooting across HVAC, plumbing, electrical and appliances.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support daily maintenance operations across two Toledo communities.
• Work alongside maintenance team while providing direction, organization, and accountability.
• Coordinate and prioritize daily work orders, turns, preventative maintenance across both locations.
• Troubleshoot and repair P-Tech HVAC systems, hot water tanks, copper piping, PEX, electrical, appliances and general maintenance.
• Manage unit turns and make ready schedules to meet company standards.
• Partner with property management to address resident maintenance concerns with timely service.
• Coordinate vendors and contractors to ensure safe, on-schedule work.
• Conduct routine inspections of vacant apartments, buildings, equipment and grounds.
• Maintain organized maintenance inventory and tools.
