Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking an Area Maintenance Manager to lead daily maintenance of multi-site facilities and ensure a safety-first environment. You will oversee staff, plan work, and drive continuous improvement across CBRE client operations.

The role requires a technical BA/BS and 4+ years of leadership in manufacturing, plus maintenance experience. Travel may be involved; strong communication and budgeting skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field is required.
• 4+ years leading and coaching employee performance in manufacturing.
• 2+ years' experience with preventive/predictive maintenance.
• Strong communication, presentation and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of financial terms, forecasting and budgeting.
• Ability to read drawings or schematics.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily functions of material handling and maintenance for multi-site facilities.
• Plan, schedule, and advise work of employees; evaluate quality of work.
• Coordinate maintenance on high-speed conveyance systems and equipment.
• Support hiring, training, performance evaluations, and corrective actions.
• Develop work standards and procedures; drive continuous improvement.
• Manage staffing, overtime, and labor utilization.
