CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is seeking an Area Maintenance Manager in Georgia to lead daily maintenance and material handling operations for multi-site facilities. The role focuses on safety, scheduling, vendor coordination, and performance management to ensure reliable equipment and productive teams.

The ideal candidate has a technical degree, 4+ years of manufacturing leadership, and experience with preventive maintenance, budgeting, and strong communication skills. Travel may be required.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil).
• 4+ years leading and coaching employee performance in manufacturing.
• 2+ years' experience with preventive/predictive maintenance of equipment.
• Excellent communication, presentation, problem solving and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to travel off-site as needed and lift 50 lbs or more.
