You will guide staff, coordinate preventive maintenance, and drive continuous improvement across high-speed conveyance systems and other equipment. The role requires a technical degree and 4+ years of leadership in manufacturing, with strong communication, budgeting, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field is required.
• 4+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 2+ years' experience with preventive/predictive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily functions of material handling operations and maintenance for multi-site facilities.
• Ensure safe working environments and train staff on safety practices.
• Plan, schedule, and advise the work of employees and evaluate quality of work.
• Lead and coordinate work on high speed conveyance systems and other equipment.
• Support interviewing, hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
• Develop and communicate work standards and procedures.
• Drive continuous improvement through root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Provide performance management and staffing planning.
