Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is seeking an Area Maintenance Manager to lead daily material handling operations and maintenance for multi-site facilities, ensuring safe working environments. You will supervise staff, plan and schedule work, and coordinate root cause analyses for continuous improvement.

You’ll work with management to hire, train, and evaluate employees, define performance standards, and manage staffing levels while modeling CBRE values and fostering strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's (BA/BS) in Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical or Civil required.
• 4+ years leading and coaching employee performance in manufacturing.
• 2+ years' experience with preventive/predictive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safety-first culture across multi-site facilities.
• Plan, schedule, and advise work of employees; evaluate quality of work.
• Lead maintenance of high-speed conveyance systems and manufacturing equipment.
• Assist Managers with hiring, training, performance evaluations, and corrective actions.
• Develop and communicate work standards and procedures; monitor staffing and labor utilization.
