Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field is required.
• 4+ years leading and coaching employee performance in manufacturing.
• 2+ years' experience with preventive/predictive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily material handling operations and maintenance for multi-site facilities.
• Plan and schedule work; evaluate quality of work.
• Lead and coordinate maintenance of high-speed conveyance systems and equipment.
• Support hiring, training, and performance evaluations as needed.
• Communicate work standards and procedures; drive continuous improvement.
