You will drive preventive maintenance, manage tickets, inventory and budgets, coordinate outside contractors, and support multi-site production while upholding high safety standards.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience managing maintenance personnel.
• Experience maintaining industrial machinery and electrical systems.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance mechanics and technicians to ensure safety and reliability.
• Meet operational KPIs and labor tracking.
• Schedule and track work orders, manage inventory and budgets.
