The ideal candidate has a high school diploma (EPA Type II preferred), 4+ years in building/mechanical maintenance, strong leadership, and experience with service ticket systems and Kronos. On-call rotations may apply.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• EPA Type II certification required or preferred.
• Experience in building and mechanical maintenance with supervisory experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee resident service and maintenance requests and complete work orders.
• Meet budgets and manage financial resources for maintenance projects.
• Lead, train, and evaluate service staff and coordinate with the District Service Manager.
• Coordinate service and vendor activities to maintain safety, compliance, and quality across communities.
• Conduct inspections and ensure proper equipment operation and maintenance.
