Crystal View Capital/Osprey Management seeks a Multi-site Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance across properties, supervise staff, manage budgets, and coordinate vendor relations. The role combines strategic planning with hands-on support to ensure timely, cost-effective project completion.

The ideal candidate will lead maintenance operations, enforce safety and code compliance, and drive continuous improvement across on-site teams and vendor partners.

Formación

• 2-3 years of maintenance and management experience.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Professional presentation.
• Must have a flexible schedule with weekend availability.
• Willingness to learn and a drive to improve facility performance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to pass background check.

Responsabilidades

• Directly supervise and manage maintenance employees.
• Plan, assign, and review daily/weekly work schedules.
• Conduct performance evaluations and oversee training.
• Oversee hiring, promotion, discipline decisions.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety regulations, codes.
• Develop and monitor annual maintenance budget.
• Approve invoices and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
• Establish preventative maintenance schedules.
• Oversee large projects: planning, bidding, vendor selection.
• Maintain vendor relationships and negotiate service agreements.
• Lead make-ready and turnover for vacant homes.
• Coordinate with other departments for aligned goals.
• Implement preventative maintenance programs and inspections.
• Ensure maintenance activities meet safety standards and regulations.
• Supervise third-party vendors for large projects.
• Assist with repairs and troubleshooting as needed.
