Crystal View Capital/Osprey Management is seeking a Multi-site Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance operations across properties, supervise staff, manage budgets, and coordinate vendor relationships. The role blends strategic planning with hands-on support to ensure timely, cost-effective projects and high safety standards.

You will lead the maintenance department, drive preventative programs, and coordinate with other departments to align facilities with operating goals.

Competenze

• 2–3 years of maintenance and management experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Basic computer skills (MS Word & Excel).
• Valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to work weekends.

Mansioni

• Directly supervise and manage maintenance staff.
• Plan, assign, and review daily/weekly work schedules.
• Perform evaluations, coaching, and training of maintenance team.
