Osprey Management is seeking a Multi-site Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance operations across multiple properties. You will supervise the maintenance team, manage budgets, coordinate vendor relationships, and ensure cost-effective completion of projects.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work respectfully with people of diverse backgrounds.
• 2-3 years of maintenance and management experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Professional presentation in a leadership role
• Must have a flexible schedule with weekend availability
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and pass a background check
• Must have a valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise and manage the work of maintenance employees.
• Plan, assign, and review daily and weekly work schedules for the maintenance team.
• Conduct performance evaluations, provide coaching, and oversee training for maintenance staff.
• Manage the annual maintenance budget, including labor, materials, and contracted services.
• Oversee large-scale repair or improvement projects, including project planning, bidding, vendor selection, and quality control.
• Schedule and supervise third-party vendors for large-scale maintenance projects.
• Occasionally assist with repairs and maintenance work to meet urgent needs.
