Crystal View Capital/Osprey Management seeks a Multi-site Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance operations across our properties, supervise the maintenance team, manage budgets, and coordinate vendor relationships. This leadership role blends strategic planning with hands-on support to ensure timely, cost-effective project delivery.

Responsibilities include budgeting, scheduling, safety compliance, vendor management, and resident-relations support.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of maintenance and management experience.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Must have a flexible schedule with weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise and manage the work of maintenance employees.
• Plan, assign, and review daily and weekly work schedules for the maintenance team.
• Conduct performance evaluations, provide coaching, and oversee training for maintenance staff.
• Make recommendations regarding hiring, promotion, discipline, and termination that are given significant weight in final decisions.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety regulations, and applicable codes.
