Job summary

United Talent Staffing is seeking an experienced Lead Maintenance Supervisor in Logan, WV. This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing maintenance and repairs across commercial, retail, restaurant, and residential properties.

You will manage a small maintenance team, perform preventative and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot electrical systems, and ensure high quality repairs while maintaining safety standards. Valid driver's license and ability to travel between locations are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on maintenance, construction, or facilities experience.
• Strong electrical troubleshooting and repair experience.
• Commercial refrigeration and HVAC experience.
• Experience with carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, and general repairs.
• Previous leadership or crew management experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and general maintenance across multiple properties.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems and equipment.
• Maintain and repair commercial refrigeration and HVAC equipment.
• Complete carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, tile, and finish work.
• Diagnose and respond to urgent maintenance and equipment issues.
• Assist with renovations, upgrades, and property improvement projects.
• Assign daily work and oversee a small maintenance team.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met.
• Travel between properties throughout the Logan, West Logan, Holden, and Danville areas Maintain properties in a clean, safe, and professional condition.
