Responsibilities

• Manage community accounting activities including daily deposits and monthly financials.
• Ensure proper service of all legal documents to residents.
• Prepare leases and process move-ins/move-outs and renewals.
• Assist in leasing responsibilities and resident relations.
• Respond promptly to inquiries to improve resident satisfaction and retention.
• Assist with community planning and resident events.
• Support leasing activities as needed.
