Job summary

Mark-Taylor is seeking a Multi-site Assistant Community Manager to support Sentio, Horizon, and Velaire at Aspera in Glendale, AZ. You will handle maintenance tasks, update daily financials, and help ensure five-star service across communities.

The role requires at least 1 year in luxury property management, strong communication, and proficiency with property accounting systems. Full-time and benefits described apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in luxury property management as an Assistant Community Manager.
• Experience with accounting, bookkeeping, and reporting.
• Experience with leasing processes and resident relations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel.
• Experience with Resman or Yardi is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage community accounting activity: deposits, collections, rent input, and monthly financials.
• Prepare and serve legal documents to residents.
• Assist in lease transactions, credit approvals, move-ins/outs, renewals, and lease paperwork.
• Respond to resident concerns to improve satisfaction and retention.
• Answer inquiries about the community, repairs, rent, and policies.
• Maintain community cleanliness and curb appeal.
• Assist in planning resident functions with the Community Manager.
• Support leasing responsibilities as needed.
