Qualifications

• Two-year experience in Luxury Property Management (Leasing Consultant/Manager/Asst. Community Manager)
• Basic to intermediate accounting, bookkeeping, reporting
• Coaching and development ability
• Financial acumen; MS Office including Excel
• Excellent communication and professional presence
• Experience with Resman/Yardi or similar platforms preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage community accounting activities: deposits, payments, and weekly/monthly financials
• Process legal documents and serve notices to residents
• Prepare leases and renewals, screen applicants, and coordinate move-ins/outs
• Respond to resident concerns promptly to boost satisfaction and retention
• Answer inquiries about the community, repairs, rent, and policies
• Support planning and participation in resident events
• Assist with leasing activities as needed
