Responsibilities

• Process legal documents and ensure proper service to residents.
• Assist in lease transactions: prepare leases, verify history, credit approvals, and renewals.
• Respond to resident inquiries to boost satisfaction and retention.
• Support leasing tasks as needed and help maintain community curb appeal.
