Trinity Property Consultants is hiring a Multi-Site Leasing Consultant to represent multiple properties, greet prospective residents, and drive leasing goals while delivering superior service.

You will manage leasing paperwork, coordinate marketing efforts, and support move-ins with attention to detail and customer care. This role emphasizes teamwork across sites and community-focused service.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in a customer service or sales role; multifamily leasing experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education/certifications a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with Yardi, Entrata, EliseAI, Celeriand social media is a bonus.

• Assist in completing market surveys and execute marketing strategies to maintain occupancy.

Compensation:$17 to $19 hourly,depending on experience,plus lease commissions and lease renewal bonuses.

Schedule: Tuesday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Saturday, 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Leasing & Sales

• Show, lease, and welcome prospective residents to the properties.
• Assistin completingmarket surveys and execute marketing strategies tomaintainstrong occupancy.
• Process rental applications accurately and efficiently.
• Guide residents through move-in,ensuring a smooth experience.

Resident Experience & Service

• Provide superior customer service, responding promptly and professionally to resident inquiries or concerns.
• Process maintenance requests and work with the team to ensuretimelyresolution.
• Maintain resident files with completeness and accuracy.

Operational & AdministrativePerformance

• Maintain daily updates of unit availability and community calendars.
• Perform regular inspections to ensure all units meet Trinity’s move-in ready standards.
• Support property management withadministrativeduties, phone support, and other tasks as needed.
• Conduct move-out inspections andassistwith property turnover procedures.
• Handle resident collectionsin accordance withTrinity’s standards.

Qualifications

• Tech Proficiency: Intermediate skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience with Yardi, Entrata,EliseAI,Celeriand social mediais a bonus.

Requirements

Availability & Travel

This positionwillrequireavailability for nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.Active participation in team functions and regionalorcompany activities is expected.

Physical Demands

This positionnecessitatesregular periods of sitting, standing, walking, as well as use of hands and arms. Occasional climbing may berequired. Extended use of computers or telephones is also necessary. The rolemay requirelifting upto 25 pounds independently, and occasionally up to 50 pounds withassistance. The ability to respond promptly to both visual and auditory alarms is essential. Candidates must be able to work both indoors and outdoors under various weather conditions, including rain, snow, heat, hail, wind, and sleet.
