Trinity Property Consultants is seeking a Leasing Consultant to greet prospective residents, showcase available units, and guide applicants through the rental process. You will coordinate marketing activities and maintain occupancy targets while delivering top-tier customer service on-site.

The role focuses on leasing, move-in coordination, and ensuring a seamless resident experience, with opportunities for growth within a vibrant multifamily community.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in a customer service or sales role; multifamily leasing experience preferred.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Fair Housing knowledge a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with Yardi/Entrata is a bonus.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and welcome prospective residents to the property.
• Assist in completing market surveys and execute marketing strategies to maintain occupancy.
• Process rental applications accurately and efficiently.
• Guide residents through move-in, ensuring a smooth experience.
• Provide exceptional customer service and respond to inquiries promptly.
