Trinity Property Consultants in Midland, TX seeks a Multi-Site Leasing Consultant to represent two or more properties, welcome residents, and drive leasing while delivering outstanding service.

You will show units, process applications, coordinate move-ins, and support marketing efforts to maintain high occupancy. This role requires 1 year in customer service or sales, with property management software experience preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in a customer service or sales role; multifamily leasing experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications a plus (e.g., Fair Housing knowledge).
• Intermediate MS Office skills; experience with Yardi, Entrata, EliseAI, Celeri and social media is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and welcome prospective residents to the properties.
• Assist in market surveys and execute marketing strategies to maintain occupancy.
• Process rental applications accurately and efficiently.
• Guide residents through move-in for a smooth experience.
• Provide superior customer service and respond promptly to inquiries or concerns.
• Process maintenance requests and ensure timely resolutions.
• Maintain resident files with completeness and accuracy.
• Maintain daily updates of unit availability and calendars.
• Perform inspections to ensure move-in readiness.
• Support administrative tasks, phone support, and turnover procedures.
• Handle resident collections per Trinity’s standards.
