Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for two Charlotte communities, The Winnifred and The Winston. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, screen applicants, prepare lease documents, and ensure smooth move-ins and renewals.

You will use OneSite/Yardi to track availability and activity, follow market trends, and implement community marketing plans to drive occupancy and revenue.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing and resident relations.
• Ability to greet prospects, conduct tours and show apartments.
• Coordinate marketing plans to sustain occupancy and revenue.
• Track leasing activity using property management software.

Responsibilities

• Perform sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
• Schedule and conduct community tours and show units.
• Process applications and perform credit and background checks.
• Prepare leases and move-in packets and ensure smooth move-ins.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to secure renewals.
• Maintain show units and marketing corridor to meet company standards.
