Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year experience in apartment leasing and/or sales.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.
• Basic math to calculate prorated rents and deposits.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, tour property and amenities.
• Manage lease applications and ensure policy compliance.
• Design and implement outreach marketing to drive traffic.
• Record traffic and maintain accurate occupancy data using ResMan.
• Coordinate move-in, renewals, and move-out processes.
• Monitor market trends and prepare market surveys.
• Prepare marketing flyers and newsletters.
