Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies at a managed property in New York. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and ensure a smooth move-in and lease signing.

You will use OneSite or Yardi to track availability and leasing activity, maintain show quality, and support renewal efforts while delivering excellent customer service to residents.

Qualifications

• Greet and qualify prospects, tour and show apartments, process applications, run credit and background checks, prepare leases and move-in packages.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate leasing and renewal strategies to hit occupancy and revenue targets.
• Inspect apartments to ensure move-in ready condition and coordinate maintenance.
• Develop and execute marketing plans to sustain occupancy and drive traffic.
• Design and implement online and on-site marketing to attract residents.
• Track availability and leasing activities using on-site mgmt software (OneSite, Yardi).
• Prepare lease renewal letters and packages for residents ahead of move-out dates.
• Respond promptly to resident questions and issues and document requests.
