Qualifications

• 2+ years of leasing experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and relationship skills.
• Marketing savvy to attract residents.
• Weekend availability required.
• High school diploma or GED is required; college degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects; tour apartments and present AMLI Treehouse.
• Process applications, prepare lease documents, and finalize leases.
• Build relationships with residents, locators, and local businesses.
