AMLI Treehouse in Addison seeks an energetic Multi-Site Leasing Consultant to join AMLI Residential’s team. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, and drive occupancy while coordinating applications and lease documentation.

The role blends sales, marketing, and resident relations to build a thriving community from the ground up. This position requires 2+ years of leasing experience, strong customer service skills, and weekend availability.

• Greet and qualify prospects; tour apartments and present AMLI Treehouse.
• Process applications, prepare lease documents, and finalize leases.

• Experienced Leasing Professional - Internal candidates should have 2+ years of leasing experience at AMLI
• Passion for People & Customer Service - You thrive on creating positive experiences and building lasting relationships.
• Marketing Savvy - You know how to use social media, networking, and traditional marketing to attract new residents.
• Weekend Availability - Because the best leasing professionals know that weekends are prime leasing time!
• Education - High school diploma or GED required; a college degree is a plus!
