AMLI Treehouse in Addison is seeking a dynamic Multi-Site Leasing Consultant to join AMLI Addison and lead leasing efforts at AMLI Treehouse. This role blends sales, marketing, and resident relations to drive occupancy and create a thriving community.

You will greet prospects, conduct tours, and nurture relationships to find ideal homes. Weekend availability and a HS diploma are required; AMLI values a customer-focused mindset and marketing know-how.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leasing experience, preferably at AMLI.
• Strong customer service mindset with ability to build relationships.
• Marketing savvy with social media, networking, and outreach skills.
• Weekend availability to cover peak leasing times.
• High school diploma or GED; college degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet, qualify, and build relationships with prospects and residents to help them find their perfect home.
• Conduct tours of our community and highlight features that make AMLI the place to live.
• Drive occupancy goals using sales and marketing skills across phone, internet, and social media.
• Plan and host resident events to create a true sense of community and belonging.
• Process applications, prepare lease documentation, and ensure every detail is handled with care.
• Network with apartment locators and local businesses to keep AMLI Treehouse in top-of-mind for prospects.
