Trinity Property Consultants is seeking a Multi-Site Leasing Consultant to manage leasing and resident relations across two or more properties. You will drive leasing goals, show properties, process applications, and support move-ins to ensure a welcoming resident experience.

This role emphasizes customer focus, sales drive, and excellent communication, with opportunities to contribute to marketing strategies and property turnover.

Qualifications

• Experience: At least 1 year in a customer service or sales role; multifamily leasing experience preferred.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications are a plus (e.g., knowledge of Fair Housing laws and regulations).
• Tech Proficiency: Intermediate skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience with Yardi, Entrata, EliseAI, CeleriAI and social media is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and welcome prospective residents to the properties.
• Assist in completing market surveys and execute marketing strategies to maintain strong occupancy.
• Process rental applications accurately and efficiently.
• Guide residents through move-in, ensuring a smooth experience.
• Provide superior customer service, responding promptly and professionally to resident inquiries or concerns.
• Process maintenance requests and work with the team to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain resident files with completeness and accuracy.
• Maintain daily updates of unit availability and community calendars.
• Perform regular inspections to ensure all units meet Trinity’s move-in ready standards.
• Support property management with administrative duties, phone support, and other tasks as needed.
• Conduct move-out inspections and assist with property turnover procedures.
• Handle resident collections in accordance with Trinity’s standards.
