AMLI Residential seeks a Multi-Site Leasing Consultant to support two luxury communities in Atlanta's Lindbergh area. You will show apartments, highlight amenities, and guide prospective residents from inquiry to lease across AMLI Lindbergh and AMLI Piedmont Heights.

Ideal candidates bring strong sales and customer service skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Saturday availability required.

• Experience in apartment leasing or property management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging apartment tours and highlight luxury homes, amenities, and community features.
• Build relationships with prospective renters to understand needs and find the right apartment.
• Respond to leads via phone, email, text, and online inquiries to turn interest into leases.
• Meet or exceed leasing and occupancy goals while maximizing commission opportunities.
• Prepare lease agreements, process applications, and assist residents through move-in.
• Collaborate with onsite teams at both AMLI Lindbergh and AMLI Piedmont Heights to drive leasing performance.
