AMLI Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant for a new lease-up in the Atlantic Station district. The role involves leasing apartments, handling traffic, qualifying prospects, and preparing leases while coordinating resident events and marketing activities.

Responsibilities

• Lease qualified prospects by showing available apartments.
• Greet and qualify prospects; market the community via telephone, internet, and social media/networking programs.
• Timely and accurately process all required administrative forms, leases, and related information.
• Provide quality customer service and timely response to resident requests and complaints.
• Maintain relationships with apartment locator services and local businesses; update periodically.
• Maintain ongoing resident retention program under the direction of the Community/Leasing Manager; participate in resident activities.
• Shop competition regularly.
• Ensure a professional appearance and manner.

AMLI Residential is looking for a seasoned Leasing professional, ready to take the next step in their career in property management! We are hiring Leasing Consultant for an exciting new lease up in the Atlantic Station shopping district. Our Leasing Consultants interact directly with prospective and current residents to maximize the property's occupancy. This includes generating and handling traffic, qualifying prospects, leasing apartments, and preparing lease documentation. You also have the opportunity to host and plan resident events and put your marketing skills to work.

Responsibilities

• Lease qualified prospects by showing available apartments.
• Greet and qualify prospects, follow up on prospective residents, and market the community to prospects via telephone, internet, and social media/networking programs.
• Timely and accurately processed all required administrative forms, leases, and related information.
• Provide quality customer service and timely response to resident requests and complaints. This includes helping residents and prospects before, during, and after leasing an apartment.
• Maintain relationships with all apartment locator services and local businesses to provide informational material. Update periodically.
• Maintain ongoing resident retention program under the direction of the Community/Leasing Manager. Includes participation in resident activities.
• Shop competition regularly.
• Ensure a professional appearance and manner for oneself.
