Job summary

AMLI Residential seeks a Multi-Site Leasing Consultant for AMLI Dadeland and AMLI Joya in Miami, FL. You will meet prospective renters, show luxury apartment homes, and guide them through the leasing process.

Engage customers, build relationships, and close leases while working toward leasing goals and earning commissions. This role combines sales, customer service, and real estate expertise across two communities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Saturday availability required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence presenting products, handling objections, and asking for the sale.
• Motivated, goal-oriented mindset with a desire to earn commissions.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple leads and priorities.
• Positive, professional attitude and genuine interest in helping people.
• Experience that transfers well: retail sales, hospitality, guest services, automotive, or real estate.

Responsibilities

• Show & Sell: give engaging tours of luxury apartments and amenities, highlighting what makes each community special.
• Build Relationships: understand what renters are looking for and help them find the right home.
• Follow Up & Close: contact prospects via calls, emails, and texts to answer questions and secure leases.
• Achieve Sales Goals: work toward individual and team leasing goals while earning commissions.
• Know Your Product: become an expert on apartment features, pricing, availability, and neighborhoods at both AMLI Dadeland and AMLI Joya.
• Guide the Process: help customers complete applications, sign leases, and prepare for move-in.
• Create Great Experiences: support current residents with renewals, events, and exceptional service.
• Work as a Team: collaborate with colleagues at both properties to maximize leasing opportunities.
