Job summary

00205 AMLI Management Company is seeking a Multi-Site Leasing Consultant for their properties in Buckhead. This role focuses on creating exceptional living experiences by engaging with prospective residents, driving occupancy, and ensuring smooth leasing processes.

Multi‑Site Leasing Consultant – Luxury Living in Buckhead

Do you have a passion for customer service and an eye for luxury living? AMLI 3464 and AMLI Buckhead are searching for a Multi‑Site Leasing Consultant to create an exceptional living experience for our residents.

What You’ll Do

• Be the face of AMLI Buckhead & AMLI 3464 – greet and engage prospective residents, conduct property tours, highlight community features.
• Drive occupancy success – convert prospects into residents through relationship‑building, follow‑ups, and strategic marketing via phone, internet, and social media.
• Ensure smooth leasing processes – handle all administrative tasks, including lease preparation, documentation, and accurate data entry.
• Create an exceptional resident experience – provide prompt, high‑quality customer service to new and existing residents, addressing any requests or concerns.
• Market & network – foster relationships with local businesses, apartment locator services, and community partners to generate traffic and maintain visibility.
• Be a brand ambassador – stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and AMLI’s unique value to maintain a competitive edge.
• Host unforgettable resident events – plan and execute community events that enhance the resident experience and strengthen our sense of community.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of sales and/or customer service experience; leasing or real‑estate experience is a plus.

• Availability to work Saturdays (Sundays off).
• High school diploma or GED required; college education is a plus.
