Job summary

AMLI Residential is seeking a seasoned Leasing Consultant for an exciting lease up in the Atlantic Station district. You will work directly with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy, qualify prospects, lease apartments, and prepare lease documentation.

This role offers competitive pay plus benefits and opportunities to host resident events and apply marketing skills. Weekend hours are required, HS/GED with college a plus, and two or more years in sales or customer service

• Luxury lease up experience a plus!
• Weekend hours required.
• HS/GED required.
• College is a big plus.

Responsibilities

• Lease qualified prospects by showing available apartments.
• Greet and qualify prospects, follow up on prospective residents, and market the community to prospects via telephone, internet, and social media/networking programs.
• Timely and accurately processed all required administrative forms, leases, and related information.
• Provide quality customer service and timely response to resident requests and complaints.
• This includes helping residents and prospects before, during, and after leasing an apartment.
• Maintain relationships with all apartment locator services and local businesses to provide informational material.
• Update periodically.
• Maintain ongoing resident retention program under the direction of the Community/Leasing Manager.
• Includes participation in resident activities.
• Shop competition regularly.
• Ensure a professional appearance and manner for oneself.

We are hiring Leasing Consultant for an exciting lease up in the Atlantic Station shopping district. Our Leasing Consultants interact directly with prospective and current residents to maximize the property's occupancy.
