Job summary

AMLI Residential in Atlanta is seeking a Leasing Consultant for a busy apartment community in the Atlantic Station district. You will interact with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy, greet and qualify prospects, lease apartments, and prepare lease documentation.

The role includes hosting resident events, marketing the community, maintaining relationships with locator services, and delivering exceptional service before, during, and after leasing.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of related sales and/or customer service experience.
• Weekend hours required.
• HS/GED required. College is a big plus.

Responsibilities

• Lease qualified prospects by showing available apartments.
• Greet and qualify prospects, follow up, and market the community via phone, internet, and social channels.
• Process leases and related forms accurately and timely.
• Provide quality customer service and timely responses to resident requests and complaints.
• Maintain relationships with apartment locator services and local businesses; update periodically.
• Support resident retention programs and participate in resident activities.
• Stay informed on competition and maintain professional appearance and demeanor.

We are hiring Leasing Consultant for an exciting lease up in the Atlantic Station shopping district.Our Leasing Consultants interact directly with prospective and current residents to maximize the property's occupancy. This includes generating and handling traffic, qualifying prospects, leasing apartments, and preparing lease documentation. You also have the opportunity to host and plan resident events and put your marketing skills to work.Duties Include:* Lease qualified prospects by showing available apartments. Greet and qualify prospects, follow up on prospective residents, and market the community to prospects via telephone, internet, and social media/networking programs.* Timely and accurately processed all required administrative forms, leases, and related information.* Provide quality customer service and timely response to resident requests and complaints. Update periodically.* Maintain ongoing resident retention program under the direction of the Community/Leasing Manager.
