Job summary

Arvato is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager to drive Lean initiatives across multiple sites in a dynamic, global setting. The role provides leadership, planning and coaching to meet strategic goals defined by site leadership.

You will organize, plan and deliver Lean projects, develop training materials, and mentor staff in Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping and problem-solving skills while coordinating across sites to improve operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Education and experience aligned with logistics/industrial/project engineering; MBA beneficial.
• 5+ years field experience with 2–3 years in management or leadership roles.
• Experience leading cross-functional, multi-site change management initiatives.
• Ability to coach, mentor and train teams in hybrid/remote environments.

Responsibilities

• Confers with management to align continuous improvement goals across sites.
• Identify lean opportunities with leaders, employees, and customers.
• Develop and deliver Lean training materials and coach teams.
• Lead Lean projects from inception to completion to support cost reduction.
