Job summary

Arvato in Louisville, KY seeks a results-driven Lean/Six Sigma leader to drive continuous improvement across multiple sites. You will align management teams, identify opportunities and mentor teams in Kaizen, A3, and value stream mapping.

The role requires strong cross-functional leadership, project management and training delivery, with experience coaching in hybrid/remote settings. Local relocation may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in logistics/industrial or project engineering with relevant experience.
• MBA is a plus; leadership in cross-functional, multi-site change programs preferred.
• Experience coaching and mentoring in hybrid/remote work environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement projects across multiple sites using Lean Six Sigma.
• Develop, communicate and deliver Lean training and materials.
• Coach teams in problem solving, Kaizen, and value stream mapping.
• Plan, monitor and report project status and performance metrics.
