Job summary

AAON is seeking a Senior Continuous Improvement Manager to lead enterprise-wide efforts that enhance operational performance, quality, and efficiency across multiple sites. You will partner with operations leadership and cross-functional teams to embed structured improvement methods and foster accountability and excellence.

The role focuses on waste reduction, process stability, and stronger problem solving, serving as a change leader who coaches teams to deliver measurable business results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations, business, or a related discipline and 8+ years in manufacturing or operations.
• 5+ years leading or supporting continuous improvement initiatives; multi-site experience preferred.
• Experience in durable goods manufacturing or related industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads the deployment of continuous improvement strategies aligned with objectives.
• Partners with operations leadership and site teams to identify gaps and implement plans.
• Facilitates improvement activities, including workshops and reviews, improving safety, quality, delivery and cost.
• Coaches leaders and frontline teams in CI principles, standard work, and problem-solving.
• Drives culture of observation and accountability with corrective action plans.
• Identifies cost reduction and productivity opportunities while ensuring compliance.
• Analyzes data and communicates results to leadership.
• Serves as a change agent, promoting engagement and continuous improvement across sites.
• Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates direct reports.
