Job summary

Arvato in Louisville, KY seeks a Continuous Improvement Manager to lead Lean initiatives across multiple sites, coach teams, and drive operational excellence.

You will organize with management, develop training, run Kaizen events, map value streams, and measure progress toward cost reductions, under site leadership. Requires a Bachelor’s/Master’s in a relevant field, 5+ years cross-site leadership, SAP and Excel skills, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Education and/or Experience: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in logistics, industrial or project engineering; MBA beneficial; minimum 5 years’ field experience with 2–3 years in a management or leadership role.
• Lean experience required; fully versed in TQM techniques.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills (verbal and written).
• Minimum 1 year experience working with high-tech companies and SAP experience.

Responsibilities

• Confers with management across sites to align continuous improvement goals.
• Identify lean opportunities with other leaders and customers.
• Develop, communicate and deliver Lean training materials.
• Provide education and mentoring on Lean principles and techniques.
• Lead continuous improvement processes and Kaizen, A3, Value Stream Mapping.
• Plan and implement Lean programs from inception to completion.
• Lead training development and evaluate employee performance in Lean contexts.
• Monitor and report project status and maintain metrics.
