Job summary

FPC Franchise seeks a Sr. Continuous Improvement Leader – Lean to drive a multi-site enterprise lean system across U.S. facilities.

You will design and deploy playbooks, partner with site and corporate leadership, and blend hands-on improvement with leader development in a regulated defense manufacturing environment. You will coach leaders through Gemba walks, tiered meetings, kaizen events, and structured problem solving to improve flow, quality, and cost while building a durable culture of

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s in business or a technical field with ~10+ years in progressive operations, incl. 5+ years in lean leadership.
U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance are mandatory.
Mastery of current lean tools and principles in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

Design and deploy an enterprise lean operating system and playbook across multiple U.S.-based facilities.
Coach leaders and cross-functional teams through Gemba walks, tiered meetings, kaizen events, and structured problem solving.
Improve flow, quality, and cost in a regulated defense manufacturing environment.
