Job summary

CompuNet Clinical Laboratories, LLC is headquartered to support the Miami Valley area, including the Free Standing Emergency Department network in Dayton, OH. The position requires a Medical Laboratory Science degree (MLT/MT) with ASCP registration preferred and 1-3 years of progressive lab leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science with ASCP registration preferred.
• 1-3 years of demonstrated success and experience in a medical lab environment with increasing responsibility.
• Demonstrate integrity and accuracy in decision-making and judgment.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with people.
• Schedule flexibility required for meetings across all shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction, supervision, and support laboratory staff in alignment with the organization's mission, vision, and values.
• Assist in creating and managing work schedules and bench assignments to ensure adequate staffing and competency maintenance.
• Participate in selection, onboarding, training, evaluation, and development of staff.
• Build and sustain a culture of engaged caregivers.
