Job summary

ReadyLIFT seeks an experienced IT Manager to lead day-to-day technology at three locations—Utah and California—ensuring reliable infrastructure and secure operations across manufacturing, warehouse, and office teams.

You will manage ERP/EDI/WMS and Microsoft 365, mentor IT staff, and drive scalable solutions by partnering with site leaders to translate needs into effective technology plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT.
• 5+ years leading IT operations and teams.
• Experience supporting ERP and enterprise applications.
• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or warehouse environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the IT roadmap for multiple locations.
• Manage core business systems including ERP, EDI, e-commerce, WMS, and Microsoft 365.
• Oversee IT infrastructure, systems administration, and end-user support.
• Lead cybersecurity, backups, DRP and business continuity planning.
• Build integrations across EDI, supplier portals, and internal systems.
• Partner with leaders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
