Job summary

Framebridge is seeking an IT Support Specialist – Manufacturing Operations to keep plant technology humming across San Marcos and other sites. You will troubleshoot CNCs, barcode tech, VoIP, printers, and network systems while supporting remote and on-site staff.

The role requires 3+ years in multi-site IT support, familiarity with Windows/macOS, MDM, and ticketing tools; expect vendor coordination and cross-functional collaboration. Base benefits and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

3+ years of IT support in a multi-site environment (manufacturing/retail or similar).
Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS, mobile devices, and network troubleshooting (TCP/IP, VPN, routers, Wi‑Fi).
Hands-on experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills — comfortable working with non-technical teammates.
Ability to travel between plant locations as needed.
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field — or equivalent hands-on experience.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day technical support to plant staff across multiple sites, remotely and on-site.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues across plant hardware and software, including CNCs and manufacturing equipment.
Monitor plant network connectivity, Wi‑Fi, and VoIP; coordinate with vendors for outages or repairs.
Manage and scale the Mobile Device Management (MDM) system for secure device deployment.
Log, prioritize, and resolve tickets; document solutions to improve knowledge base.
Train plant employees on basic troubleshooting, POS procedures, and tech policies.
Lead IT projects: hardware refreshes, software rollouts, security upgrades, automation.
Set up IT equipment and infrastructure for plant openings/relocations; coordinate with vendors.
Back up Retail Operations IT; support Corporate IT with hardware orders and access provisioning.
