Job summary

Framebridge Inc. is seeking an IT Support Specialist – Manufacturing Operations to keep our plant technology humming across multiple sites in San Marcos and beyond.

You will troubleshoot CNCs, barcode scanners, printers, VoIP phones, and network gear, while coordinating with vendors and supporting field staff. You will manage MDM deployments, log and resolve tickets, and contribute to hardware refreshes and software rollouts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of IT support in a multi-site environment (manufacturing, retail, or similar).
• Strong Windows and macOS knowledge, mobile device support, and network troubleshooting.
• Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools.
• Ability to travel between plant locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT support to plant staff across multiple sites, remotely and on-site.
• Troubleshoot CNCs, printers, barcode scanners, VoIP phones, and other shop-floor equipment.
• Monitor network connectivity and Wi‑Fi, coordinate with vendors for outages or repairs.
• Manage and deploy MDM for devices; document solutions in knowledge base.
