Monogram Foods in Iowa is seeking an Inventory Control Manager to lead inventory governance, optimization, and visibility across our manufacturing and storage locations. You will drive accuracy, availability, and service levels while guiding the inventory team and collaborating with Operations, Planning, Procurement, Logistics, Finance, and Customer Service.

The role combines strategic leadership with hands‑on execution to improve working capital and operational performance.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5–8 years of progressive inventory control, inventory management, warehouse operations, or supply chain management.
• 3–5 years of leadership experience managing inventory teams or supply chain professionals.
• Strong understanding of inventory control methodologies, warehouse processes, MRP systems, and supply chain operations.
• Experience working with ERP systems, warehouse management systems, and inventory management platforms.
• Advanced analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute inventory management strategies across facilities to meet operational, customer service, and financial objectives.
• Lead physical inventory, cycle count, and audit activities across internal and third‑party facilities.
• Monitor ERP, WMS, and inventory systems to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Planning, Production, Procurement, and Logistics to ensure material availability while minimizing investment.
• Drive continuous improvement, optimize working capital, and reduce waste.
• Establish inventory policies, controls, and standard procedures across sites.
