Job summary

Tasty Brands, LLC is seeking an Inventory Control Manager to lead and optimize inventory across Jericho, NY locations. You will establish disciplined controls, investigate discrepancies, and partner with Operations, Purchasing, Production, Finance, Sales, and warehouse teams to ensure product availability while minimizing waste and obsolete stock.

The ideal candidate will bring advanced Excel skills, strong reconciliation and KPI reporting capability, and experience in multi-site inventory

Qualifications

• Strong Excel skills with Pivot Tables, Power Query and data analysis.
• Experience in inventory reconciliation and root-cause analysis.
• Experience with KPI reporting and dashboards.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience in multi-site inventory environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory control across locations, ensuring accurate records.
• Develop and maintain inventory policies and internal controls.
• Plan physical inventories, cycle counts, and root-cause investigations.
• Reconcile purchase orders with receipts and inventory records.
• Monitor yield and coordinate corrective actions with Production.
• Oversee ERP and WMS transactions and adjustments.
• Lead cross-functional inventory meetings and document actions.
• Utilize analytics and AI tools to improve reporting and controls.
