Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group seeks a Director of Inventory Control to lead multi-site programs across the market, implementing controls to improve accuracy and reduce shrink. The role partners with VP Operations and Sales to align priorities, forecasts, and performance.

You will oversee physical inventories, 3-way matching, and cross-functional governance while guiding leaders and driving process improvements. The position demands strong analytical and financial acumen, with advanced SAP experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience in inventory control related roles.
• Minimum of 8years' progressive experience in Supply Chain Operations and Inventory Management, including proven experience leading managers, supervisors, or multi-site teams.
• Experience leading inventory control operations across multiple locations and driving process improvements.
• Advanced proficiency with SAP or comparable ERP/WMS platforms, plus MS Office and presentation software for executive reporting.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Leads the execution of multi-site inventory control programs, standards, and SOPs across locations; recommends enhancements.
• Oversees market-wide physical inventory activities and reviews adjustments and write-offs per guidelines.
• Ensures 3-way match and SAP-based controls for inventory accuracy, compliance and audit readiness.
• Partners with Trade, Sales, Finance and Operations to support planning and forecasting.
• Accountable for order-cycle performance, on-time distribution, and resolving vendor/shipment disputes.
