GroupeSTAHL is seeking an Industrial Engineer to support continuous improvement across Stahls' manufacturing, fulfillment, and decoration facilities in North America. You will standardize methods, improve throughput, and build capacity and capital equipment models to inform staffing and layout decisions.

The role travels regularly to multiple sites to drive lean initiatives, solve root causes of scrap and quality issues, and design efficient production cells and workflows for new equipment

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of industrial engineering experience in manufacturing, apparel decoration, print, or similar production environment.
• Demonstrated experience with time studies, standard work, line balancing, and process/layout design.
• Working knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methods.
• Comfortable reading and building capacity, throughput, and labor-cost models in Excel.
• Strong communication skills with plant managers, supervisors, and production teams across multiple sites.
• Willingness and ability to travel regularly between North American facilities.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct time studies, line balancing, and standard work development to establish labor standards.
• Analyze workflow, material flow, and floor layout to reduce handling and cycle time.
• Lead root-cause analysis on scrap, rework, and quality escapes with cross-functional teams.
• Build capacity models by facility, cell, and line to support S&OP and staffing decisions.
• Support CAPEX justifications with throughput, labor, and payback analysis.
• Design and validate production cells, workstations, and flows for new equipment or changes.
• Apply lean methods and lead cross-facility CI events (5S, kaizen, value stream mapping).
• Standardize best practices and work instructions across facilities for transferability.
• Translate engineering recommendations into sustained shop-floor changes with leaders.
• Track productivity, efficiency, and waste-reduction metrics across sites.
