The Industrial Engineer is a corporate-level role supporting continuous improvement and operational excellence across Stahls' manufacturing, fulfillment and decoration facilities. This role partners with facility and operations leadership to standardize methods, improve throughput, reduce waste, and build the data and capacity models that inform staffing, layout, and capital equipment decisions. The Industrial Engineer works across multiple sites rather than being dedicated to a single facility, and travels as needed to support projects at each location.
This role splits time between office/analysis work and the manufacturing floor and requires regular travel among Stahls' North American facilities. Requires the ability to walk a production floor for extended periods, work around industrial equipment, and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs.
